These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LED CTRL website and the information published on it. Please read them before relying on anything you find here.

1. About us

This website is operated by LED CTRL. References to “we”, “us” and “our” are to LED CTRL. You can reach us at sales@ledctrl.com or at 1/483 Balmain Road, Lilyfield NSW 2040, Sydney, Australia.

2. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it, or interfere with its normal operation. We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice.

Access to our internal portal is restricted to authorised LED CTRL personnel.

3. Product information and specifications

We take care to describe our products accurately. Even so, images, renders, datasheets, drawings and specifications are published for general guidance: they may be updated or improved without notice, and rendered colour and finish will differ from the physical product. Configurable options — run lengths, finishes, optics, control methods — are confirmed at the time of order, not at the time of browsing.

Where a specification on this site conflicts with the specification in a quotation or order acknowledgement we have issued to you, the quotation or order acknowledgement prevails.

4. Quotations and orders

This website does not sell products directly — there is no checkout and no online payment. Enquiries and configurator submissions are requests for a quotation, not orders. A binding contract is formed only when we accept an order in writing, and the terms of that sale are those set out in the quotation or order acknowledgement.

Prices and quotations are valid for the period stated on them and may otherwise change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude delivery, taxes and duties.

5. Enquiries you send us

Information you submit through our forms or configurator is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential project information through this website unless we have agreed to receive it.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, photography, product renders, datasheets, drawings and software — is owned by or licensed to LED CTRL and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view it, and download or print datasheets and documentation for the purpose of specifying or using our products. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute any part of it without our prior written permission.

7. Warranties

Our products may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Where they do, the terms of that warranty are those stated in the documentation issued with the product or quotation — not on this page, and not in any general statement on this website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Liability

The website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your reliance on information published on it, including any design or specification decision made on the basis of published data without written confirmation from us. Nothing in this clause limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Third-party links

This website links to third-party sites, including our documentation portal and social media profiles. We are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the website after a change is published means you accept the updated Terms.
