The reinforced version of LED CTRL’s rugged neon: RGBW pixels in a chunky 35 mm silicone extrusion. It’s used in entertainment and touring, nightclubs, amusement and feature lighting.
Up to 23 m with power fed in at one end only. Reels go up to 23 m, and custom lengths run from 1 m to 23 m.
Yes. The round profile gives a 360° viewing angle.
20 pixels per metre, and you can cut it every 50 mm, which is one pixel.
There’s no internal PCB. An internal steel wire takes the stress off the circuitry and carries the product’s weight when it’s mounted. Data runs over X-Stream, a redundant protocol.
36 V DC, at 30 W per metre and a maximum of 0.83 A per metre.
It’s RGBW, and the white comes in 3000K, 4000K, 6000K or 6500K. CRI is Ra90.
With X-Stream. The datasheet wiring diagram runs it from PX24 controllers set to Expanded Mode.
A 2000 mm, 8-core AWG16 power cable that enters through a PG13.5 gland in a black cap. Two Ø2 mm stainless steel wire ropes come off the same end.
It’s IP65 and runs from −20°C to +60°C. In storage it handles −40°C to +80°C.
Stainless Steel Wire Rope (order code WR), Black Net (BN) and a Hook (H).
50,000 hours at 25°, with a 3-year warranty that can be extended.
